Our pieces are crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold with carefully selected fine diamonds, designed to be worn and cherished for years to come. To maintain their brilliance and protect your piece:

• Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals including cleaning products, perfumes, and lotions
• Avoid contact with hard surfaces during physical activity
• Fine jewelry is delicate — avoid applying direct pressure or bending your piece, such as leaning on hard surfaces
• When taking on and off, grasp only the clasp and do not pull or pinch the chain
• Always lay flat to store delicate chains and bracelets
• Store each piece individually to prevent scratching

The Four Cs of Diamond Quality (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat Weight) are the globally recognized standard for grading diamond quality.

• Cut: How a diamond reflects light, affecting brilliance and sparkle.
• Color: The presence of color, with higher grades appearing brighter and more colorless.
• Clarity: Natural inclusions within a diamond and how visible they are.
• Carat Weight: The diamond’s weight and overall size.

LAB GROWN DIAMONDS

We work with the International Gemological Institute (IGI), one of the world’s leading diamond grading laboratories. IGI provides independent reports verifying a diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

IGI certification is included for all diamonds over 1 carat. For pieces featuring stones under 1 carat, certified appraisals are available upon request for $40.

Diamond solitaire studs are only offered with IGI certification upon request, with pricing adjusted accordingly.

NATURAL DIAMONDS

Our natural diamonds are graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world’s most respected diamond grading authority. Each GIA report independently verifies a diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, providing accuracy and confidence in quality. GIA’s rigorous standards make its certification the global benchmark for natural diamonds and are reflected in the higher market value of GIA-certified stones.

As a result, GIA-certified diamonds typically command a higher price due to the institute’s exceptionally strict grading standards and global reputation. We offer both GIA-certified and non-GIA-certified natural diamonds. For non-GIA-certified diamonds, certified appraisals are available for $40.

All orders ship via 2-day delivery, fully insured. Overnight delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

Every Fia Solenne piece is made to order and handcrafted by our Los Angeles artisans specifically for you — and because each piece enters production the moment your order is placed, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Every piece is made with intention, and we stand fully behind our work.

For collection pieces, we're happy to offer a complimentary resize within 7 days of delivery. We simply ask that the piece come back unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the client's responsibility, and every request is reviewed personally.

If something arrives with a manufacturing defect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right and cover all shipping costs.

FIA SOLENNE CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

All pieces are covered by a 2-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. Engagement rings are covered by a 5-year craftsmanship warranty.

Manufacturing defects include loose prongs, broken clasps, missing pavé stones, broken soft chain, and structural failures under normal wear. This warranty does not cover scratches, dents, or damage resulting from daily wear and tear, improper care, accidents, or modifications. Any work performed by a third-party jeweler will void this warranty.

As part of this warranty, we offer one-time complimentary replacement of accent stones up to .20ct lost under normal wear. This offer does not apply to stones lost due to improper care, accidents, or negligence. Eligibility is determined solely by Fia Solenne upon inspection, and we reserve the right to deny any claim at our discretion.

To initiate a claim, the piece must be returned for inspection. The client is responsible for shipping costs unless a covered defect is confirmed, in which case Fia Solenne covers round-trip shipping. Repairs outside of warranty coverage are available at a quoted rate.

We recommend insuring your piece against loss, theft, and accidental damage — coverage that falls outside this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
