• Remove jewelry before sleeping, showering, swimming, or exercising
• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals including cleaning products, perfumes, and lotions
• Avoid contact with hard surfaces during physical activity
• Fine jewelry is delicate — avoid applying direct pressure or bending your piece, such as leaning on hard surfaces
• When taking on and off, grasp only the clasp and do not pull or pinch the chain
• Always lay flat to store delicate chains and bracelets
• Store each piece individually to prevent scratching

The Four Cs of Diamond Quality (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat Weight) are the globally recognized standard for grading diamond quality.

• Cut: How a diamond reflects light, affecting brilliance and sparkle.
• Color: The presence of color, with higher grades appearing brighter and more colorless.
• Clarity: Natural inclusions within a diamond and how visible they are.
• Carat Weight: The diamond’s weight and overall size.

LAB GROWN DIAMONDS

We work with the International Gemological Institute (IGI), one of the world’s leading diamond grading laboratories. IGI provides independent reports verifying a diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Per industry standard, IGI certification is included for all diamonds over 1 carat.

NATURAL DIAMONDS

Our natural diamonds are graded by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world’s most respected diamond grading authority. Each GIA report independently verifies a diamond’s cut, color, clarity, and carat weight, providing accuracy and confidence in quality. GIA’s rigorous standards make its certification the global benchmark for natural diamonds and are reflected in the higher market value of GIA-certified stones.

All orders ship via 2-day delivery, fully insured. Overnight delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.

RETURNS

Every Fia Solenne piece is made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because each piece enters production immediately upon placing your order, all sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right and cover all shipping costs for verified manufacturing defects.

Fine Jewelry: 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

Our craftsmanship warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal wear, including:

• Loose prongs resulting from a manufacturing defect
• Broken clasps resulting from a manufacturing defect
• Structural failures resulting from defects in craftsmanship

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, bent rings, worn prongs over time, bent earring posts, accidental damage, improper care, misuse, negligence, or loss of center or accent stones resulting from impact, snagging, dropping, daily wear, or any other external force applied to the jewelry. Loss or theft, as well as any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by a third-party jeweler, are also not covered. Any work completed by a third party immediately voids this warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, the piece must be returned to Fia Solenne for inspection. The client is responsible for shipping costs unless the claim is determined to be covered under warranty, in which case Fia Solenne will cover round-trip shipping.

Repairs outside of warranty coverage are available for an additional fee.

All warranty claims and coverage determinations are made solely by Fia Solenne following inspection of the returned piece.

We recommend insuring your jewelry against accidental damage, loss, and theft, as these circumstances are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
